How to Create Your First Project
Creating your first project in Workexe SEO Suite is very simple. With this guide, you can start your site's SEO analysis in 5 minutes.
Introduction
The first project creation process consists of 4 basic steps:
- Account creation
- Adding project
- Domain verification
- Starting first scan
Account Creation
Step 1: Go to Login Page
- Go to app.workexe.co/en/login
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password
Step 2: Email Verification
- Click the verification link sent to your email address
- Your account becomes active
Step 3: Complete Profile Information
- Enter your name and company information
- 14-day free trial begins
Adding Project
Dashboard Access:
- After logging in, you are automatically redirected to the dashboard
- Click the "Add New Project" button
Project Information:
Project Name: Your Website Name
Domain: example.com (without https://)
Description: Brief information about the project (optional)
Project Type Selection:
- E-commerce: Sites selling products
- Blog/Content: News, blog, article sites
- Corporate: Company introduction sites
- Local Business: Businesses with physical locations
Domain Verification
Domain verification can be done in 3 ways:
Method 1: HTML File (Recommended)
- Upload the HTML file downloaded from Workexe to your site's root directory
- example.com/verification.html should be accessible
- Click the "Verify" button
Method 2: Meta Tag
- Add the meta tag provided by Workexe to your site's section
- Click the "Verify" button
Method 3: DNS Record
- Add a TXT record to your DNS settings
- Wait 24-48 hours
- Automatic verification occurs
First Scan
Scan Type Selection:
Quick Scan (Recommended)
- Takes 5-10 minutes
- Detects basic SEO errors
- Ideal for new users
Deep Scan
- Takes 30-60 minutes
- Analyzes all pages in detail
- Provides comprehensive report
Starting Scan:
- Click the "Start Scan" button
- Track the progress bar
- You will receive an email notification when completed
Viewing First Results:
- See results in the "Last Scan" section on the dashboard
- Critical errors are marked in red, warnings in yellow
- Each error has a solution suggestion. Use the Site Audit module for detailed technical analysis.
