List Cleaning and Filtering
Excel/CSV Cleaning Steps:
1. Duplicate Removal:
Data > Remove Duplicates
2. Remove Branded Keywords:
- Keywords containing your brand name
- Competitor brand names (optional)
3. Filter Irrelevant Keywords:
- Irrelevant keywords
- Spam keywords
- Foreign language (outside target)
4. Search Volume Filter:
- Minimum: 10-50 (for long-tail)
- Medium: 100-1000 (medium competition)
- High: 1000+ (main keywords)

Bulk Addition Methods
Method 1: CSV Upload
CSV Format:

Upload in Workexe:
Keyword Tracking > Import > CSV Upload
1. Select your CSV file
2. Do column mapping
3. Set import settings
4. Click Import button
Important Notes:
- ✅ Use UTF-8 encoding
- ✅ One keyword per row
- ✅ Maximum 10,000 rows/file
- ✅ First row should be headers
Method 2: Copy-Paste
Simple Text Format:
