Understanding the Workexe Control Panel and Core Metrics
Learn what every widget on the dashboard actually means, how the health scores are calculated, and which numbers to act on first.
Understanding the Workexe Control Panel and Core Metrics
The 4 panels that make up the dashboard
Workexe groups every widget into four panels so you can scan the state of a site in under 30 seconds. The order is intentional, left to right matches a typical SEO triage flow.
- Visibility, share of voice across tracked keywords plus AI citation share
- Acquisition, GSC clicks and impressions, GA4 sessions per landing page
- Technical Health, Site Audit Impact score, indexability ratio, Core Web Vitals
- Velocity, new pages, new backlinks, completed SEO tasks over the last 30 days
Visibility Score, what it measures
Visibility Score is a 0 to 100 weighted index that combines your average position, search volume of each tracked keyword and click curve. It is comparable week-over-week even when you add or remove keywords because the index normalizes by basket weight.
- Score above 60 = you own the SERP for your tracked set
- Score 30 to 60 = mid-page presence, biggest leverage zone for improvements
- Score under 30 = mostly page 2+, focus on quick wins (positions 11 to 20)
Health Score, how it is calculated
Health Score weights Site Audit findings by Impact (potential traffic loss) rather than count. Fixing 1 critical broken canonical can move the score more than fixing 50 missing alt attributes, which is exactly how Google treats them.
- Critical issues = 5x weight, Warnings = 2x, Notices = 0.5x
- Indexability ratio (indexed / submitted) is a hard cap, anything under 70% drags the whole score
- Core Web Vitals pulled from CrUX, real-user data not lab
Reading the trend lines like an analyst
Every metric card has a 90-day sparkline and a comparable delta. The delta compares the last 28 days to the previous 28 days, not month-over-month, to avoid weekend bias.
- Green delta + flat sparkline = stable, no action needed
- Red delta + downward sparkline = open the related module and find the root cause
- Green delta + downward sparkline at the end = recent dip, watch for 7 days before reacting
