Control Panel Overview, Every Card Explained
Every card on the Workexe control panel mapped to the metric it tracks, the module it links to and the action it expects from you.
Top row, the 4 KPI cards
The top row never changes order. It is your at-a-glance health check, scan it left to right in 5 seconds.
- Visibility Score, weighted index of position x volume across your tracked set
- Organic Clicks (28d), GSC clicks with comparable delta vs previous 28 days
- Health Score, Site Audit findings weighted by Impact, not count
- Open Tasks, SEO tasks still unassigned or overdue, click to open the Task module
Second row, the trend section
Three sparkline cards show 90-day trends for the metrics that matter most for organic growth. Hover any point for the exact value on that day.
- Average position across all tracked keywords
- Impressions vs Clicks overlay (gap = CTR opportunity)
- Indexable pages vs Indexed pages (gap = indexation problem)
Module shortcuts panel
The shortcut panel gives one-click access to the 9 SEO modules with a live status pill on each. Pills are color-coded: green = healthy, yellow = warning, red = action required.
- Pill color is calculated from the module's primary KPI, not a vague aggregate
- Hovering shows the exact metric driving the color
- Pinned modules appear first, reorder them via the gear icon
Recent activity feed
The right-rail activity feed shows the last 50 events across the project: rank changes over the alert threshold, new backlinks, completed audits, published reports. Filter by event type.
- Filter chips persist per user (your filter does not affect teammates)
- Click any event to jump to the source module with context preserved
- Mark events as read to clean the feed without deleting history
