Sign-up options

Three ways to create an account. Google and Microsoft sign-up auto-verifies your email and skips the password setup step.

  • Email + password, requires 8+ chars and 1 number
  • Sign in with Google (recommended for fastest onboarding)
  • Sign in with Microsoft (Microsoft 365 organisations)
  • SAML SSO available for Enterprise prospects on request

Email verification

Verification email arrives within 30 seconds. The link is valid for 24 hours. You can use the trial without verifying, but reports and exports are locked until you do.

  • Check spam/junk if it doesn't arrive in 1 minute
  • Resend from the verification banner inside the app
  • Use a work email, not a personal one, for agency workspace billing

Workspace and project creation

After verification, you create your first workspace (the billing container) and your first project (the website you'll analyse).

  • Workspace name = your agency or company name
  • First project: enter your domain, Workexe runs an initial audit
  • Initial audit finishes in 5 to 15 minutes for sites under 10,000 URLs
