Subscription Management, Change Plan, Pause, Cancel and Reactivate

Manage your subscription from Settings > Billing. All plan changes are prorated, no contracts or cancellation fees, your data stays accessible even after cancellation.

Where everything lives

Settings > Billing has 5 tabs. Most users only need the first two.

  • Overview, current plan, next renewal, usage snapshot
  • Change Plan, upgrade, downgrade, switch monthly/annual
  • Payment Methods, cards, ACH, wire (Enterprise)
  • Invoices, downloadable PDFs for last 24 months
  • Tax + Address, VAT ID, billing country, address

Pause subscription

Pause for up to 90 days without losing data or seat assignments. Useful for seasonal agencies or summer slowdowns.

  • Pause stops billing immediately, prorated refund for unused days
  • Account moves to view-only during pause
  • Resume reactivates the same plan, no setup needed
  • After 90 days, auto-cancellation kicks in

Cancel subscription

Cancellation stops billing at the end of the current period (no immediate cutoff). You keep full access until the period ends.

  • Cancel anytime from Billing > Overview > Cancel Plan
  • No cancellation fee or contract penalty
  • Reason field is optional but helps us improve
  • Email confirmation sent immediately

Reactivate after cancellation

Reactivate within 12 months and your data, projects, integrations and team members come back exactly as they were.

  • Click Reactivate from any locked screen
  • Pick the same or a different plan
  • Billing restarts immediately, no setup fee
  • After 12 months of inactivity, data is permanently deleted (you get a 30-day notice email first)
